Hello all:
Can somebody throw some light on this strange phenomenon?
I am using Windows 2000 Professional and if I print a job selecting more than 1 copy, no matter what number of copies I select, it only prints one copy. If I print from any other station, be it Windows 98 or 2000 or XP, the number of copies printed are the number of copies required.
If I connect the printer directly to the station, the number of copies printed are the number of copies required.
I have reset JetDirect print server and I have re-installed the printer on my station without any luck!
I am forced to assume that the problem is not the printer because the number of copies printed from other stations output correctly when spooled through the JetDirect and/or connected to the station on its lpt1: port
And the problem is not the Dell station because the print returns the number of copies required... if connected to the lpt port
Then where do I go to resolve this issue... HP, Dell and Microsoft all point fingers to the others
Thanks
Mickey
