Every once in a while I get an error in the back end data file. It messes everything up. All the fields have "###########" in them and the field is usually at the bottom. The whole table can't be accessed through forms. If I compact and repiar all is OK but last time I had time export or the tables in a fresh DB.
There are several users of that part of the DB. Is this happening when or becasue someone is deleting a record. If so, what can I do to make sure the error doesn't occur.
Is this becasue it's on a network and split.
OR should I just frequently maintain (compact, repair, export the tables)
