networked Approach database

I am trying to maintain an Approach file that is shared off of a MS 2000 Server. I can change related form letters and forms but the changes are not consistently visible from the other computers. I save the Approach file from the workstation where I make the changes, close and reopen Approach on another workstation, but the changes are not evident. Am I making a procedural error?

Workstations are Win 98 and the SmarSuite Version is 9.02.

Check to see where the APR file is stored -- in the application select File, Approach File Properties. The path to the APR file and databases is visible there. It may be that you are only changing a local copy of the program file.
