Networked 11c does not send CPND 2

Running opt81c with two networked 11cs sucession 4.5

At one site our 11c does not send CPND or recieve CPND from the PSTN. The digital sets are programmed properly to send and recieve CPND but when the customer dials out of the 11c all that shows up on the LED display is N XXXX.

Same with the analog sets but there is no XCMC card at that site.

Any suggestions?

very few provides will send names from ld 95 to the pstn,, rec names should work if your rcaps allow nd2
