Hello ...
I am trying to use this function that is in Excell in Access 2000???
NETWORKDAYS(start_date,end_date,holidays).......

What I need to do is calculate the working days between two days ,start day and end day ..
do I have to use VBA for it and if so , could you help me to define what I need in the code

cant i use the Datedff function ,and where shell i write the code? shell i have a form from two text bpoxes to enter the startdate and finish date ? and where i should have the result .

refer to the faq181-261 it includes the necessary info.

It DOES expect DAO data base/recordset, as it was written fro ver '97. If you are using ver 2K, you need to Prepend "DAO." to the "DateBase" and "RecordSet" declarations near the top. I also just (TODAY!!) learned (from GreelGirlau) that Outlook.txt IS a list of National Holiday Dates for various countries, and could be used to get a list of "Official" holiday dates (not to be confused with a list of OBSERCED holiday dates).

NumDays: DeltaDays([StDt], [EndDt])
It did not work .... ar shell i use dateDiff..also if you could tell me f the code in the link should work in access 2000
