Try reading the Network + Textboot and reread all the sections you don't understand until you do. At that point you will do well on any exam you write and you will also understant any of the cramsessions that you read too. I have found that if you simply perserver in reading, it all falls into place. There is nothing like understanding through study, to insure a high score when writing certifications. That way you can also think creatively when you are on the job; what a bonus.
