I am looking for a way to stream live video over network/internet. I came
across TVideoGrabber but
It is rather expensive for what I want to do. So, if anyone knows of anyway
To accomplish that would please let me know. I am using Delphi7.

I already have dv card that has four camera inputs. To change to an IP camera would be expensive for me now.
