I have monitoring different services on this server, but I must know because all services which are monitoring reported alarm a day. I think that the services were running, but the monitoring failed. For this reason I've thought that it can be by slow network connection, but I don't know how I can check it.
Thanks.

Have you checked the media speed setting on the NIC and verified that it is the same settings on your switch? For instance, your NIC could be set at 1Gig but the switch is set for 100 full dup. To check your speed....smitty devices --> Communication --> Ethernet Adapter --> Adapter --> Change / Show Characteristics of an Ethernet Adapter --> then pick your NIC. We have had problems in the past were the settings did not match. Hope this helps you out.

Thanks schrim for your reply, but it doesn't my problem. Nowadays it work good. I want to know why days ago it gives problems.

Go see Doc Brown in Hill Valley, CA. Maybe he still has that DeLorean running? ;-)

Seriously, if you didn't have any monitoring running 2 days ago, you can only guess now what was going on at that time...

That being said, you might just want to check the server's error log to see if there were network failures at that time.
