I have a RH9 Linux server set up as a firewall using Firstarter. I'm looking for a utility that will keep track of all websites visited by my network and which workstation visited them. It would also be great if it logged instant messangers (AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) and emails too. Basically my boss wants me to monitor as much internet traffic as possible because he thinks some employees are goofing off too much.

apache has built in monitoring for websites. I think you just have to enable it.
