I have just installed SMS 2003 SP2. I am learning how to use the system and I am going through some books. The book talks about Network Trace and how I can view my network topology. When I goto my SMS site and the site server I right click on the server and there is no Network Trace. Am I missing something? MS talks about enabling Network Trace but it never says where. I do have network discovery enabled and working. Please help?

I followed the steps included in the guide and I still do not see the Network Trace. Is there another add that needs to be installed for the Nework Trace to run?

I believe you have to have network discovery enabled, personally I never use it.
"Network Discovery is not enabled by default. Also, you must schedule and configure Network Discovery to discover devices such as routers."
