I have a customer with a Partner ACS R7. They have the extn numbers in the top right hand corner. Time seems to be ok but date keeps changing back to the same date 2006 (4 years earlier). Thus, the day of the week changes and the customer is using schedule to change the AA. Any thoughts? Already tried #128 but it doesn't work on an R7. LEC is AT&T. Not using a cLEC or any routers/modems. Everything is on old-school POTS.

Just curious, what software version of R7 is the processor? I've read that there is a glitch with the "O" that, upon reboot, the system's clock loses X number of years.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

It's #128, Network Time Synchronization, you need to disable it on the R8 to resolve. For the R7, I don't think #128 was available yet, so you will need the patch they are referring to.
