network sharing center

Although i'm connected to the net, when looking at the network sharing center i notice that vista fluctuates betwen 'identifying (public network)' to the network(private network) and then back to identifying again. Is this normal or am i having issues?

p.s. i'm using a samsung laptop running vista home premium

If your internet (or network resources) is not working - you have a problems, but if alright, this is alright

Touch your hardware or settings only if your necessarily things not working.
