Network script question 1

Network call presented to the remote agent.
Agent Goes NOT Ready.
Call is now in the remote Network Script and follwos it's rules, which routes all calls back to one destination at main site.

How do I get the Network script at remote site to route calls back to main site based on original skill_set or CDN?
i.e: Sale_Que or Tech_support_Que
 
do a route call back to the cdn at the original site based on whatever skillset its queued against. keep in mind, you're potentially creating a problem with phantoms calls.

i'm guessing you're not utilizing the symposium reports, otherwise you wouldn't be bouncing the same call back and forth.
 
djwht, Thanks. We have tried that howerever all calls seem to be tagged with the Network CDN that is used to transport the call to the remote site.
 
you have to route call to a dummy acddn that ncfw back to the original site cdn
