Network ring again

Here's what's happening..

2 meridian's connected together using sl1/mcdn via 2 passports.

one switch is rls 25.15 the other is succ.3

the 25.15 switch is also connected to another via itg and network ring again is fine between those 2.

what am i missing? are there any patches required for this to work to succession? or have i missed some stupid bit of config

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Was the Succession upgraded, or was it newly installed?.
There are problems in the UK on Succession upgrades direct from Version 18!. Versions 22 onwards appear to be fine.
The problems relate to cadences in LD 56 A-Law etc in LD 97 & RDB settings in LD 16.
Check your settings against your V25.15 switch for differences.
