I'm starting to work on a network redesign and wanted to get some additional eyes on this. Here is a basic image of what I'd like to do at the top level:

A DSL modem with a public IP of .206 (located near the bottom of the image) connects to a firewall, which has LAN ports that servers with public IPs connect to. The modem only has 1 LAN port, so the firewall/LAN option i think is a good option. I only have the IPs of 201-205 to use, so I'd like to not use one for the firewall if possible, but don't see how else to make it work. Any suggestions?

You need to configure your firewall as NAT mode, or you need to do NATting, and no need to assign public IPs on your servers.
