and there is also ppp connection .Sometimes different users connect from a company by modem which out of our company Can it be reason for this problem?

Ps: it's not on hub.

hi All,
Finally i found the reason of this problem and i want to share my result with you.
My ethernet card mode was switched to full duplex but my ethernet card is not 100Mbit. supported and it works only 10 Mbit. It's not possible to work 100 Mbit on full duplex mode.
I changed mode as twisted pair on console mode and restart the machine. And now that is more fast and no network problem.

see ya
