I'm having a problem printing documents from a computer with xp pro edition through a win. 98 2nd ed. comp. I have enabled print sharing on both comp. it says that i am not able to create a print job. Can anyone help me on this? if possible can you explain how to set this up? thanks

Haven't fought the problem but print sharing should be on the SE machine and the printer would be defined as a network printer on the XP, to the best I can remember.

Check the driver on XP machine. I found XP does not support some older printers. we had probeems with Brother 1650/1850 using print sharing after XP. The only way around it for us was to use a external jetdirect.
