Have a number of PC's (Windows95) printing to network printers. Using a product called Trim V4.2 attempts to modify the printer setup, e.g. changing to landscape printing, causes all of the windows printers to be lost.
After a restart the printers are reinstated but this continues to occur.
Anyone had this type of problem with other products? Found a solution?
