We have a new Presentation Server 4.5. Users have been complaining about print errors on multiple apps. Bottom line - network printers are causing these errors.
If I login to a Citrix desktop I can see the printers in Printers and Faxes. But if I go into an app (Notepad) it will not allow me to select the printer with a message about permissions.
Now the twist..if I select that printer from Printers and Faxes and go into properties..it fixes the problem for that user. Even if I log back out and login to a published app it seems to be fixed.
Local printers are fine.
Any clues on this? I'd hate to do this for every user.
