Hi,

We have a few network printers on our system, and we have been getting errors such as "Access Denied, Unable To Connect" but, you can still print from the printer with this error. Also a few of the printers have decided to just not print. You can print to them and the document begins to spool (only to about 72k each time) and then it hangs and then says "Error Printing" and this is causing alot of grief and long print cue's which all have to be deleted. Anyone know what could be happening? This has happened to 3 of our network printers within the last 2 days.....

Cheers in advance.

Adam.

What is the OS? sounds like MS windows with the standard port monitor. if this is the case try changing to the lpr port in print services for UNIX.

More information would be helpful

Have now moved printers to our new server with no problems.
