Hi,

we have a couple of old NT4 PC's on our XP/Server 2003 network. To get the printers to work on the NT4 PC's I had to set them up as local printers printing to the port the network printer is on. However I have now just noticed that all the old print jobs remain in the printer queue listed as printed. I think this caused the printing to stop working last week but didn't take the call and a colleague just deleted all the listed jobs.
I can't see any setting to say clear completed jobs anywhere and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction? Tried printing as admin and it does the same thing so I know it isn't security settings.

thanks,

Chris
