Good afternoon, I'm experiencing a very frustrating problem and that is the network printer keeps on printing wrong fonts. What I mean by this is that I have 2 Excel XP documents opened and I copied one of the sentences from one doc to the other and printed both out to the network printer (HP 5SI with xp drivers loaded to the print server) and one font came out smaller than the other even when they're both at Times New roman 8pt. I printed this to another network printer (lasterjet 5) and it's the fonts on both documents match. So does anyone have any idea as to why this is happening? Thanks you.

I've experienced similar font problems with different HP printer models, just attributed it to each model of HP printers having a different set of available fonts, although you'd think that if the application provided the font, this wouldn't be an issue. There may also be an issue with using copy and paste. How about just making a copy of the first spreadsheet, then try printing the second copy, rather than doing a copy and paste. If there's data in the newly copied spreadsheet, just delete what you don't want.
