Network Printer HP2015

Hi All,

We have a satellite location that we are attempting to get a network printer HP Laserjet HP2015 installed at.

I contacted the local ISP provider and ordered an internet connection with a static IP address. They installed the line and sent us a Speedstream 4200 Modem.

I connected the modem to the printer and manually set the IP address. However we cannot get this thing to work.

I have been on the phone with Bell Canada tech support 15 times and they don't seem to be able to help me.

Any ideas?

Have you tried to plug a laptop in and see what it gets for an IP address and to see if it surfs?
Some of the speedstream are routers as well which need to switch to bridge mode.
