Hi
Im not sure whether this is possible but...
We have several networked photocopiers which act as printers for the larger departments. The printers are deployed to around 100 users already. My question is this... i need the printers to default to black and white for every print and the user has to choose when they want colour. I know how you default a printer to black and white but is there a way of updating all the clients to default to black and white other than visiting each machine in turn and modifying the settings. I have looked through group policy in Windows 2000 Actiev Directory but have been unable to find anything helpful
Thanks Anna
