I have a network printer that is connected to the RMS SERVER which is an NT 4.0 server. On all the NT Workstations, if you decide to print something a verification screen pops up and you must click on ok to process the print job. I DON'T want the verification screen popping up at all. What is the fix for this, Thanks for your help.

On RMS Server, check the printer properties and ensure there is no notification sent to all workstations. It will depend on what the printer actually is as to whether it is in there somewhere. Also in the start settings printers folder, do FILE and then there is a global option for the printers about sending alerts to workstations and the event log. Check both of these and one of them will do it.
