Hi. We have a network printer in the office. Lately, we have been getting stuff printed out that don't belong to anyone in our office. So I think someone in some other office have added our printer to his/her pc. Is there any way to track who? I am thinking that if I can have a log of all that printer's activties within that period of time (with the ip address of where each job come from), I can track down the person. Any idea?

Thank you very much in advance!!!

The easy way to do this is to set up your security to keep anyone from else from printing to your printer. Give your folks permissions and take away the permissions for anyone else i.e. "Guest" or "everyone".
