Hi all,

We are integrating our ncc with the new part of the companies ccms's. there's a firwall between us and the other ccms's. Does anyone have a list of network ports that would need to be allowed through a firewall? From the ncc site table there is a list of ports ranging from 10000 to 10100. but there's nothing to say if all these are required?

Does anyone have a doco with this detail in? I can't find anything in the ntps for ccms or ncc...

Much appreciated

You need to get your hands on the Contact Center 6.0 Security Guide. It has tables of required ports that need to navigate firewalls. Your distibutor (or Nortel) can get this for you. It is under technical documentation on the Nortel website.

Been there as well but nothing listed for NCC
