network performance... 1

Hi,
am learning about network performance issues.
I am fairly inexperenced so bear with me...
There are 2 sites connected via ISDN link
each site consists of a 24 port switch with 4 hubs branching from the switch

If I want to test LAN/VPN speed issues what is the best tool/s to use and any tips on maximising the network bandwidth.
i have downloaded QCheck but the endpoints only work on ME/NT and the clients are 98.
i have downloaded IPerf but cant get it to work.

any advice welcome

Qcheck is a good tool.
Check the website of NetIQ better. Endpoints are available for allmost all Os'sl Check the follwoing link and look at the archived endpoints
