I will try to be as brief as possible, but I am not a trained IT person, I just got the job because we are a small company.

We have two locations. In in Ann Arbor MI, and the other in Grand Rapids. Our company has a domain, and a router in AA and one in GR. The problem I have is that in GR, whenever we attempt to open the server in our location, it takes a long time and will freeze the computers for a bit. At times, it basically kicks the GR computers off the system entirely.

Let me know if you need more detail, as I am trying to describe the best I can. Thanks in advance.
