We changed our network form 10.0.0.x 255.255.255.0 to 172.16.x.x 255.255.0.0 I'm not well versed in this but we ran out of IP Addresses and I found information on how to change from Class C to Class B. We were also using static mappings for all users but now use DHCP from a Windows 2000 server. There are about 200 client pc's. We use static mappings for the servers, printers, switches and firewall. Most things work just fine after the change except for two things
1- Some connections seem slower, notably initially using Outlook to connect to the exchange server, and when a pc connects to another to use an SQL database.

2- I had two way trust set up between an nt 4 server and 3 other windows 2000 servers. Now only one trust works both ways, 1 works one way (2000 trusting the nt) and 1 does not work at all. For the trust that don't work, the nt box says it cannot find the domain of the box it is looking for. Yet the other box can see it in one fashion or another.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Sounds like there might still be a few things that didn't get changed. Be sure to verify all DNS and WINS settings.

This thread addresses your problem, although it was directed to problems with XP logons.
