Network Name feature not working CPND

Hi,

I'm Dhananjay from India, we installed a new CS1000E Rls 5 in a customer site. We interconnected sites through PRI (SL1 Protocal) and passport at all locations. We are unable to get the Caller's name when making outbound or inbound calls only for this site. In other locations we are able to get the names but if somebody calls from this new site they get HXXXX.

We tried the ND1,ND2,ND3 and we tried the NCNA also in the route configurations. It's not working. We loaded the latest patches tooo.
