My company is currently evaluating Computer Associates Unicenter and BMC PATROL as our Network Management solution. I'd like to hear from any I.T. Professionals that have any opinions on either of these two apps and what your experience has been such as Installation, support, after install experiences, etc... This would help greatly in my evaluation.

Unicenter - not much bang for the buck. We paid a fair amount of money for something that sounded great but no one is happy with it. Just my $0.02.
Don't get me wrong, it does work. I just have to believe that there is better out there. I inherited the system, but no one in the dept. is fond of it. Not even those who purchased it.
