Does anyone here use anything aside from Mitel's Enterprise Manager to manage your MCDs and view alarms?

Our Enterprise Manager has pretty much consistently had its own little flaws since its days as "Ops Manager" on Windows 95. We've come to have some new and pretty serious issues with it and will likely be moving on to something else so I'm curious to see what others might be using.

Anything that monitors SNMP packets can be setup to monitor and report

If your system is MCD release 4.2 or greater it can send out emails directly for alarm status changes
