Network Maintanence Suggestions

Hi, I've got to create a list for network maintanence. I've started with a few of the basics, and would like suggestions.

Basic Network Overview:

3 Compaq Servers
Norton Antivirus
ARCserve Backup
20 95/98/NT clients
3 HP network printers
Exchange
Outlook email clients

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Patch Cabling - numbering system...???
Internal Cabling to Office...numbering system...???
DHCP or Static Addressing on Clients...????

Any external connections...????

Is there an easy way to export a user list? I need to export it to an excel file and cannot use the net user > filename.txt. I need the full name.
