network load balancing for terminal server

Can I configure network load balancing for terminal servers in server 2003 standard edition. I remember doing ISA that I could only confiure load balancing using enterprise server 2003

Yes, you can use Windows Network Load Balancing. It does not do a great job, but it works. You will need to have a 2nd NIC in the TS boxes.
