Network Linux to XP to share Internet connection 1

Hi Guys,
I have a Red Hat Linux 9 machine connecting to Internet (56k dial-up modem) directly and a Windows XP machine connecting to the Linux machine through an hub. Could anyone teach me how to make the Linux macine can share the Internet with XP machine? Sorry if it's a daft question and thanks in advance for the help.
