Network issues after 4hours up time

Hello all,

Very weird issue I am having, system works perfectly then after about 4 hours you can no longer ping or reach the system on the network!

I have replaced the chassis and checked all routing etc, there are IP phones and they can be reached fine on the same subnet.

Has anyone had this issue before?

I have seen that with duplicate IP addresses. Unplug the IPO and ping it's address.

Not sure yet, I am waiting on the company's ICT but I will update once I know.
