Network interfaces are unreachable 1

HI,

On AIX 4.2.1 the customer has moved his system.
After this 3 network interfaces out of 4 are unpingable.

The only interface that does respond is the onboard one (ent0).

ent1 Available 10-78 IBM 10/100 Mbps Ethernet PCI Adapter (23100020)
ent2 Available 20-60 IBM 10/100 Mbps Ethernet PCI Adapter (23100020)
ent3 Available 30-60 IBM 10/100 Mbps Ethernet PCI Adapter (23100020)
ent0 Available 10-80 IBM PCI Ethernet Adapter (22100020)


en1 192.9.100.3 255.255.255.0
en2 192.9.100.4 255.255.255.0
en3 192.9.100.5 255.255.255.0
en0 192.9.100.2 255.255.255.0


For some reason looks like dhcp starts,then failes (in errpr):

What's the ouput of ifconfig -a ?

ifconfig failes on this AIX version,I have tried on on severall stations with the same version.

I guess system update would solve this problem.
Does really only phisical location was changed?

Its the file permission problem on the rc.net

I always thought AIX 4.3 and below did not support multiple IP in the same subnet?

What happens when you disable the on-board NIC? Does one of the others suddenly become available?

Multiple IP's are ok on 4.3.3/4.2.1 with static routing defined.
