Network Install of Office 2000 on Windows 2000 Pro

I have installed Office 2000 from a network drive onto a Windows 2000 Workstation - as a administrator. I did a full install. And everything is ok.

When I log into the machine as a user, every time I run a Office Application it tries to access the source files and throws up errors. Anyone have any ideas?
