On an NT workstation operating the network icon has dissappeared from the control panel. Therefore it will not let me access the exchange server to configure outlook. How do I restore the network icon. Any help would be greatfully appreciated, Thanks.

You probably have to go to the Network icon in the control panel and add the LAN. Don't ask me HOW to do it, but that's where you do it! (Sorry I couldn't help more.) techsupportgirl@home.com

I've had the same thing happen on a terminal server. Don't know how to fix, but you can right-click on network neighborhood and get to properties that way. Did you also lose your ODBC icon in cpanel?
