network folder missing 1

A folder was created on an NT 4.0 Server. This folder is able to be seen using NT/2000 clients.

However, this folder is nowhere to be seen using Windows 95 workstations. As a workaround, we are able to map to this hidden directory using the "Map Network Drive" option.

We would like to see this folder using 9X. What is going on?
