network error [150994961].Galaxy services on remote computer

i have a bugging issue in CommVault:

Failed to start phase [System State Backup] on [z.z.domain.com] due to network error [150994961]. Will attempt to restart. Please check if the Galaxy Services are running on the remote host.

After rebooting the machine and manually restarting the backup job, everythings just fine.

I assume there is a time -out somehow.

Anyone knows how to solve ?
Commvault version 5 SR2
