Network Eagle Network Monitoring Software, your opinions pls

I am in search of Network Monitoring software is inexpensive (under $500), but useful. I am looking for something that will monitor server outages, hard drive usage, services, etc. I came across a product called Network Eagle Monitor (

http://www.network-eagle.com).

I have been using their eval for a week now and I am impressed.

I wanted to know if any of you out there have used this product before? If so, what do you find good/bad about it?

Also, if there are any others that would like to share with me what Network Monitoring tool they use, share on!!!
