I have Windows 95/98 workstations and they should preserve the network drive mapping- Some users hit "Cancel" when logging in for the first time and they lose their mapping.
My question is -can I set up these workstations so they will preserve the mapping even when they hit "Cancel" and they don't autheticate to the server?????

I tried with POLEDIT using the windows.adm template but it does not
allow you to cancel to get into the machine because you have to autheticate to the server otherwise you can not get in the system (win 95/98) if you're planning to use the workstation as standalone machine.

Help!! this is URGENT! if you know any software application that will do it or any setup please let me know. THANKS
