Network Dos Boot on x232?

I am trying to dos boot an x232 using a network boot floppy. This is to image the server. I have the latest drivers etc and cannot get it to connect - it says it does but it doesnt.

Anybody got any ideas? I've tried so many combinations I am going mad!
