Network Dispatcher (edge server 2.0) and HTTP Server be on same server

Hi All,

I want to install Network Dispatcher (Edge Server 2.0) along with HTTP Server on the same machine in a Websphere Arch. on Solaris. The way we have thought is since ND performs the function of HTTP spraying , we will give the edge server one IP address and the Web Server another IP address. the Edge Server will route the requests to the Web server accordingly.

Also, we will install another network card for edge server configuration. Is this possible, we will have the WAS on another server . I hope there is no conflict as ND requires a dedicated JRE ...

Please advise with suggestions ..
