Network DID's over E&M to T-1

Maybe I've just been spinning my head to get this working & I'm mostly there. Just a fried brain right now.

I have networked Norstars previously, searched threads & FAQs.

I have 2 MICS 7.1 using CDP,dest codes, routes, remote pkgs & have the 3 digit target lines set up in both systems.

Scenario:

Sys A has the DID's over full T-1 set up as E&M,Auto,Wink.

connectivity to Sys B is 9 E&M trunks,Auto,Wink .

Sys B has 9 T-1 channels E&M, Auto, Wink.

Sys A works fine. I also can use the the T-1 in Sys A from Sys B.

***I am not getting the DID calls for Sys B to splash/transfer automatically through SysA to Sys B. Just RNA in Sys A.***

I can make calls back & forth over all the Tie Trunks/channels.

I can answer a DID call in Sys A & transfer or conference to Sys B.

I can redirect a DID in Sys A to Sys B to get what should just happen without redirecting.
(I get the splash/transfer).

I would appreciate any help in straightening me out here.
