I have several laptops dialing up to our RAS. I have two laptops that cannot connect. They receive Error 721, PPP authentication error.
All of the laptops are the same manufacturer (IBM Thinkpad) running W2K, service pack 2.
Any leads as to why this problem occurs would be helpful.
