network design process ?????

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I am looking for some web based info regarding case study's of actual network design. In particular a WAN solution for connecting four remote sites together with ISP connectivity. Issues to be addressed are BGP (and internal routing protocol),redundancy, 256 Kbps min bandwidth etc

Any suggestions welcome
