I'm trying to setup a home network. I have 1 workstation running winXP and another running win2x. I have them connected using a linksys router. I am able to share the DSL connection. Now I am trying to setup them up so i can share all files between each PC. I am unable to get to the
primary network logon box. When I right click Local Area Connections all I recieve is the 'general' tab. When I click on Client for Microsoft Networks it doesn't give me the drop down box (primary network logon).
Could someone point me in the right direction? What am I missing?
I ran the network setup wizard on my XP machine and it worked fine. Win2x doesn't have that feature and i tried creating a network start up disk...didn't work.
I have both the PC's in the same workgroup and I set each PC to share all drives...
help!
